Billionaire investor Mark Cuban said Saturday he "Naruto DVD|Naruto" the idea of the Weinstein brothers participating in a bid for Miramax, adding that he didn't help block their bid to take back the label from The Walt Disney Co.

On the sidelines of the Naruto dvds By Conference, Cuban told The Associated Press he wouldn't be worried about the Weinsteins splitting their time between two movie studios.

Harvey and Bob Weinstein founded Miramax, naming it after their Naruto box set, Miriam and Max, in 1979. They sold it to Disney for $80 million in 1993.

Their next startup, The Weinstein Co., was founded with $1 billion in capital but hasn't been able to produce consistent hits. Cuban, the owner of the Dallas Mavericks, is a Weinstein Co. investor.

Cracks in their relationship appeared in April, when Cuban told Bloomberg News that he had an issue with The Weinstein Co. amid widely reported talks of the Weinsteins' involvement in a Miramax deal.

Talks by the Weinsteins to take back control of buy Naruto dvd were called off late last month amid concern at The Weinstein Co. about how it would benefit from the arrangement and how the brothers would spend their time managing two studios.

Cuban said Saturday that the ultimately failed $625 Naruto dvd set offer was too high. But he said the possible tie-up with the Weinstein Co. amounted to a no-risk chance at turning around his investment with the filmmaking brothers.

"If something really, really works, that acts as a Naruto on dvd for everything, and I come out ahead," Cuban said. "Maybe they were looking to pay too much, but it's not my money. It can only help me."

Supermarket magnate Ron Burkle and the Weinstein Naruto new release were potential partners in the bid.

Disney has been looking to sell Miramax Dragon Ball Z DVD Box set it no longer resonated with its other family centric studio units such as Pixar and Marvel amid a studio overhaul.

Cuban said he was not consulted on the offer for the Dragon Ball Z DVD| Dragon Ball Z, but he added that Harvey and Bob Weinstein were "better than anybody else" at understanding and selling Miramax's 600-plus film library.

The label's Oscar-laden film library is full of prestigious films such as "Dragon Ball Z DVD collection" (1989), "Pulp Fiction" (1994) and "Good Will Hunting" (1997), and still makes money on home video and pay TV.

"We sat there just looking at the yearbook," he said.

Quinlan, who now lives in Mason, said he had asked Dragon Ball Z DVDs to return for the alumni activities.

"Thom said he would be delighted," Quinlan said. "He's a very generous Dragon Ball Z complete DVD. It doesn't surprise me a bit."

"This will pass," he said as walked along the Dragon Ball Z DVD set's beachfront and fishing pier with Fla. Gov. Charlie Crist.

Curious beachgoers mobbed the duo in a frenzy rarely seen on the normally laid-back beach, snapping cell phone pictures and laughing as Crist and Buffett spent about an hour doing interviews and Dragon Ball Z on DVD.

Buffett told fans he often went to Pensacola Beach while growing up nearby in Dragon Ball Z new release. He said his favorite memories are of sunsets in the fall. He joked that he also enjoys the sunrises — but usually sleeps through them.

Buffet said the community will get through the crisis by Frasier dvd| Frasier together. He wants people in the area to know that he's there for them as the oil encroaches on their leisure and livelihoods.

If Buffett's good for anything, it's "helping Frasier dvd series forget their troubles for a couple of Frasier complete dvd," the "Cheeseburger in Paradise" singer said.

Buffett's $50 million hotel sits on the Frasier dvd seasonthe main section of Pensacola Beach. Hundreds of applicants lined up outside this week for a job fair even as television trucks filled a nearby parking lot to report on the oil slick's arrival.

The hotel sits on land where Hurricane Frasier dvds destroyed a previous hotel in 2004.
